Information used to operate the service
We store your registered name and email, a protected password hash, account status, membership status and access expiry. We also keep payment, subscription and transaction references where applicable. This information supports sign-in, membership access, payment verification and account support.
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects requests. Hosting systems may retain request and security logs. Failed-login identifiers are hashed for rate limiting.
PayPal and Bitcoin payments
PayPal handles payment credentials and recurring-payment authorization. PlatKelv Predictor stores the subscription or transaction references and payment status needed to manage your access. We do not store your card details or PayPal password. PayPal processes information under its own privacy practices.
For a one-time Bitcoin payment, the operator uses the payment information and transaction reference you submit to verify payment manually. A Bitcoin transaction is recorded on a public blockchain; information on that blockchain is outside this website's control. Do not send wallet recovery phrases, private keys or passwords.
Administrator email notifications
The administrator receives email notifications about signups and payments. These notices include the account and payment information needed to administer membership, such as your registered name, email, selected plan, payment reference or payment status. The email service used to deliver these notices processes that information.
Contact messages
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message are stored in the notification queue and sent to the operator's support mailboxes so we can reply. The form records your consent to being contacted about your message. Hashed request identifiers and a necessary session cookie help prevent spam and repeated submissions. Do not include passwords, private keys or payment credentials.
WhatsApp and other external services
Using a WhatsApp contact link is optional. The link opens an external service governed by its own privacy practices. If you choose to send a message, the operator and WhatsApp receive the details you share, which may include your phone number and profile information. You can use the website's contact form instead.
Other external links are also subject to the destination's privacy practices. Opening an external service is separate from signing in to this website.
Access and retention
Account and payment information is available to the operator and services needed to run the website, verify payments, deliver notifications and provide support. Administrator membership changes are recorded for accountability.
Today-and-future prediction lists and the seven-day, correct-predictions-only tracker describe website visibility. They do not automatically delete account information, transaction records or permanent local prediction archives. Records needed for support, security, payment disputes or applicable obligations may be retained.
Website visitor counts
We count unique visitor IP addresses per South African calendar day to understand website usage. We store a keyed, date-specific hash rather than a readable IP address, with records retained for up to 32 days. Repeat visits from the same IP count once per day. We also store an approximate country code found through an offline DB-IP country database on our server; IP addresses are not sent to a third-party lookup service or retained by this counter. Country data is an estimate and may reflect a VPN or network location. Earlier records without a country remain unknown. These counts are available only to authorized administrators. We do not use this counter to identify individual people or link their browsing across days. Known automated previews and crawlers are excluded, although automated traffic may still affect totals.
Reseller referrals and invitations
An approved partner can invite a customer who asked to join, or share a referral code. We retain referral attribution, acceptance and payment deadlines, commission entries, payout preferences, payment screenshots and an audit history. Customer invitation emails contain an expiring single-use password-setting link, never a plaintext password. Partners can view the customers they referred and their own commission records; Master Admin manages approvals and payout verification. Payment screenshots are stored in a protected folder and can be viewed only by Master Admin and the reseller who received that payout. Financial payment evidence is retained for reconciliation alongside the payout history. Master Admin can remove an account and its personal records after recurring billing cancellation is confirmed. Removing a customer preserves only anonymous commission accounting owed to another partner. Removing a partner also removes their profile, ledger and stored payout screenshots. Historical provider records and existing protected backups are separate from the live website database. Invitation links and payout details should be kept private.
Tracking
This release uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Essential sign-in and security cookies are used. PayPal checkout and any external service you choose to open may use their own cookies and processing.
Your requests
