Our service

PlatKelv Predictor provides football analysis and estimated probabilities for adults aged 18 and over, powered by Platkelv VISTA-Fusion. We do not accept wagers or hold betting balances. Membership provides access to published analysis; it does not promise winnings or a financial return.

Free and premium access

Free access includes selected general predictions. Premium includes all published general predictions, all draw predictions, all combos and the Winning Tracker. A higher model probability is an estimate.

Current prediction lists include only today and future fixtures without confirmed results. The premium tracker shows correct predictions from today and the previous six days. It is a wins-only view, not a complete performance record or a win-rate measure. Dates follow the website's Africa/Johannesburg timezone.

PayPal subscriptions

PayPal plans are recurring subscriptions charged in USD: $15.00 every month, $42.75 every three months, $81.00 every six months or $135.00 every year. Each plan provides the same premium features. The displayed monthly equivalent is a comparison; the full billing-period amount is charged at checkout and each renewal.

A PayPal subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You authorize recurring payments through PayPal at checkout. You can cancel future automatic payments in your PayPal account. Check your website account for your membership status and access expiry. Registering a website account alone does not create a subscription or authorize a charge.

One-time Bitcoin payments

Bitcoin is a separate, manually verified payment option for one membership period. It does not create a recurring subscription and never renews automatically. Follow the instructions and payment details shown for your selected plan. A submitted transaction reference or payment claim alone does not activate membership; an administrator must verify the payment first.

Payment and access

Your account shows whether premium access is active and its expiry. A payment-return page alone does not prove payment. Access is activated after verified payment or an administrator's recorded grant. For a payment discrepancy, access problem, cancellation query or refund request, contact info@platkelvpredictor.com with your account email and payment reference. Do not send card details or passwords. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Predictions and the original record

Predictions can be wrong. Each fixture retains its first website prediction; a later upload cannot replace it with another selection. Results can be pending, correct, incorrect or conflicting. Missing or disputed scores are labelled rather than guessed, and source errors may require a result-status correction.

The Winning Tracker displays settled correct selections from today and the previous six match-date days alongside their actual full-time scores. Same-day publications have unverified timing because kickoff times are unavailable and are clearly labelled on the card. Pending results are not counted as wins or losses. Selection accuracy is not betting profit.

Updates depend on completed engine runs being published. No fixed number of daily selections is promised. Leaving a website visibility window does not delete the permanent local prediction archive.

Use of your account

Keep your login private. Do not redistribute paid selections, scrape protected data or attempt to bypass subscription controls. Accounts used to attack or abuse the service may be restricted. We may investigate mistakes and correct result status while retaining the original prediction.

Reseller program terms & policy

Partners require Master Admin approval. Partnership does not include premium prediction access. Customers pay PlatKelv Predictor directly through the official PayPal or Bitcoin checkout; partners must never collect or redirect customer payments.

• Commission: The default rate is 15%, or the custom rate approved by Master Admin, on the gross verified USD membership payment, before provider processing fees. Initial payments and future renewals qualify while the referral remains verified and the partner is active or suspended. The applied rate is saved on each payment; future rate changes do not rewrite earlier commissions. Refunds and reversals do not qualify.
• Invitations and deadlines: A direct invitation expires after seven days. The customer sets their own password. Their five-day payment window starts on acceptance; self-signups start at registration. An unaccepted invitation is not counted as an unpaid registration. An expired first-payment referral does not earn commission on a payment made after its deadline. A provider-verified payment made on time remains eligible if its confirmation arrives later; an incorrectly counted expiry is corrected. A valid Bitcoin payment initiated within the window can remain under review for up to fourteen days from its order date. Recent in-progress PayPal checkouts defer evaluation for at most two hours from checkout creation. Any membership actually purchased remains subject to the regular membership terms regardless of referral eligibility.
• Suspension and revocation: Ten unpaid expired registrations suspend new referrals. Suspended partners retain existing verified-referral commissions and legitimately earned payout balances. Revocation stops future commission accrual but does not remove amounts already earned. Reinstatement is an explicit Master Admin decision. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, unsolicited invitations, disposable email use, and misleading marketing are prohibited.
• Clearance and payouts: Commissions clear seven days after approval. The minimum cleared payout is USD 20 after outstanding refund adjustments. No fixed rand equivalent is promised. Master Admin verifies payout details and prepares a fixed full or partial payout of at least USD 20. After transferring that amount externally, Master Admin records its transaction reference and payment screenshot. Unpaid commission portions and later earnings remain available for future payouts. The website does not automatically transfer money. Changes to payout details require verification again.
• Refunds after payout: The original payout remains on record. Any refunded commission portion already paid becomes a separately recorded adjustment recovered against a future payout; an unpaid portion is cancelled. Partners can see the amount and reason in their dashboard.
• Account removal and records: Only Master Admin can permanently remove an account, including an active account. Access is blocked while recurring billing cancellation is confirmed, then the account and personal records are erased from the live website database. Anonymous accounting for commissions earned by another partner remains; removing a partner also removes their own ledger and stored payout screenshots. Provider history and protected backups are separate. Unpaid customers are not automatically deleted solely for missing a referral deadline.
